John is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences tentatively pursuing a Philosophy and Economics double major. He's born and raised in Tianjin, China, but went to high school in Philadelphia. His passion for film and entertainment begun early on with the HBO channel on 24/7 in his family, especially during dinner time. His favorites include "In The Mood For Love", "Jeanne Dielman, 23, quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles", "Love and Death", and more. Outside of UME, he is also an active member of Penn Lions.
